How does the pricing work for studios?
We keep platform costs extremely low for studios with a flat R1,500 setup fee and just R150/month for maintenance. Parents use the portal for free to manage basic scheduling and invoicing, but can choose to "build their own package" to add optional premium features.
Do parents get their own app?
Qaydence is rolling out in structured phases. Phase 1 focuses exclusively on studio directors—delivering high-speed competition matrices, dancer rosters, and automated Paystack billing. A dedicated Parent Portal (with digital trophy rooms, media passes, and real-time score tracking) is in active development for Phase 2.
Is my studio's data private?
Absolutely. Qaydence is built on strict multi-tenant architecture. Your rosters, financial data, and competition matrices are completely isolated and inaccessible to any other studio.
What about competition media?
We integrate directly with competition videographers. Parents can stream or download professional photos and videos of their dancer's routines right from their digital trophy room.
